Super affordable hotel with clean room and friendly and accomodating staffs. The buffet is superb. The room has bath essentials and free bottled water daily! What a perk. Would recommend this to my friends and looking forward for next year booking.

Excellent hotel, very clean and terrific amenities, staff were helpful. Only downside is the area is not close to tourist areas so we used taxis and Tuktuk which became quite expensive. They did have a limited free Tuktuk to the mall and rail line which was a one way shuttle starting at ten am. We found some really good casual sit-down restaurants in the area as well as a lot of street food available. We felt safe walking in the area and the locals were very helpful.

This is the biggest mistake of hotel reservation ever. - I have randomly select this hotel by the photos and the 4 star claimed. - I have paid like $250 a night staying in Suite King room ( 65 sqm. ) which sounds spacious to me. After this part there is no good part anymore. 1. The plan of this room seems to be designed by anyone but not interior - No sink in the bathroom or in front of it. Where is the sink ?? IN THE LIVING ROOM !!! Yes, you will have a great opportunity to do your hair or brush your teeth while the other are watching TV. - Wardrobe is not a part of bedroom. and where is it ? ... Definitely in the living room !!! After u done your hair, dont miss changing your clothes in front of others. - There is a day bed function in the bedroom which should be a day of cozy living. Thats might be true if.... Day bed is placed opposite to the window and see.no view accept the kingbed. - 65 sqm is the big room, dont complain too much. I agree but not this room that the half of the area is the balcony ... this part is the biggest area of this room. - Dinning table ??? I cannot complain since THERE IS NO DINNING TABLE IN THIS ROOM. I have to move the portable bedside table to the living room to dine in the room. 2. 4-stars hotel - Normally, I am fine to take care of my stuff but at least there should be any bellboy to make an effort to help moving the luggage to the room, there is nobody around, not at all. But the trolley exists. That means all customers must take care of your own stuff in their 4 star prices. - I call the frontdesk to ask for ice bucket from room service. Neither ice bucket nor room service available in this hotel. - I order food from outside since I dont want to spend any pennies to this hotel and I need the utensil ... thats true ... there is no utensils for you because the kitchen is closed. Guys, stay away from this hotel. I spend just 1 night here and cant wait to move out to real 5-stars hotel nearby that I can pay less!

Hotel and rooms clean. Staff are really helpful and welcoming. Stayed four days and would stay again. Lots of local food in the surrounding area . 7/11 just down the street. Getting around is easy by mrt or taxi. Plenty of free tea and coffee in reception area .

There is No smoking room despite listed in sales sites as it does and also despite having a balcony. The check-in staff and the bell hop were in a state of stupor when we arrived. The room also reeks of foul smell when we stepped in. There are stains woven in the bedsheet. The electrical plug points does not work. The the air-condition is not cold. Badly maintained property. Staff does not have any empathy or show signs of remorse by insisting it's always someone else fault instead of theirs. The rooms are extremely small, dirty and do not be misled by cover photos. Avoid at all cost.
